One of six Ulta locations completed by CMRichey, this 12,000-square-foot flagship spans two floors in the heart of Herald Square. The project encompassed precision recessed lighting, in-floor power systems, fire alarm system engineering and upgrades, and the installation of advanced Square D Smart control panelboards. All work was completed on a 22-week schedule, delivering a refined and high-end retail space.
