Situated in Chelsea, The Puttery is an 18,800-square-foot golf and bar entertainment venue spread across five floors, including a rooftop lounge. The project scope included power infrastructure and fire alarm upgrades, lighting systems, and kitchen equipment—delivered within the tight spatial constraints typical of New York City construction. Built as a highly customized experience-driven space, the project required constant coordination with the client and other trades to ensure a seamless turnover.
