CM Richey is proud to showcase the successful completion of a 216,000 sq. ft. E-Commerce Distribution Facility—a project that exemplifies our commitment to delivering complex, high-demand builds with efficiency, innovation, and safety at the forefront.
At C.M. Richey, safety remains the foundation of everything we do. In 2023, we brought together our entire team—field electricians, supervisors, project managers, and office staff—for a comprehensive company-wide Safety Meeting dedicated to strengthening our culture of safety and accountability. This event created a space for open dialogue, hands-on learning, and shared commitment to continuous improvement.
This 177,000 sq. ft. flagship facility features six state-of-the-art production sound stages, completed through a combination of core & shell buildout and new construction.
