This 34,400-square-foot ground-up project in Watermill, NY, created a purpose-built facility for the Parrish Art Museum on Eastern Long Island. Featuring gallery and reception spaces along with a theater, the project demanded exceptionally clean finishes and integrated a high-end lighting and lighting control package.
CMRichey collaborated closely with the client, general contractor, a world-renowned architect, and a distinguished lighting design team to deliver this architecturally ambitious space. The process included extensive mock-ups, engineering input, and cost analysis to support the project’s design intent and execution.
