In Lake Success, Long Island, CMRichey completed a 23,000-square-foot oncology and radiology center for New York Cancer & Blood Specialists. The scope included a new PSEG electrical service, switchgear, lighting fixtures, general power, and an emergency generator to support continuous operations.
While the facility includes standard reception and exam areas, it also houses several specialty modalities—including MRI, mammogram, CT scan, PET CT, and interventional radiology (IR) rooms. These spaces required highly technical electrical installations to support complex medical equipment, demanding precision, experience, and close coordination throughout the build.
