This 77,000-square-foot commercial facility in Jamaica, Queens serves as a combined office, dealership, and heavy vehicle maintenance center for Gabrielli Trucks. CMRichey’s scope included new electrical distribution equipment, site lighting, power for vehicle maintenance systems, and comprehensive interior lighting throughout the building.
During construction, CMRichey collaborated with the project team to re-engineer portions of the electrical design in the field—resulting in improved technical installation and greater value. Key systems such as lighting fixtures and distribution equipment were optimized to better suit the facility’s operational requirements. Throughout the project, CMRichey electricians maintained a high standard of craftsmanship, ensuring reliable performance and a clean, professional installation across all systems.
