Within the historic JW Marriott Essex House on Central Park West, CMRichey completed a 10,500-square-foot renovation featuring a new high-end restaurant with a main dining room, lounge, private dining areas, and upgrades to the lobby, concierge, and executive lounges. The project required extensive surveying of existing building systems to ensure seamless integration with new electrical components. CMRichey’s scope included a highly detailed lighting fixture package and advanced lighting control systems, tailored to complement the space’s elevated design.
