The Home Depot Queens project involved the construction of a new 132,000-square-foot, ground-up big box retail store. The scope included a new 2,000 Amp Consolidated Edison electrical service—requiring NYC EPR (Advisory Board) submission—along with new fire alarm and security systems, and extensive electrical infrastructure. Additional elements included a 600kW generator and installation of a NOVAR control system. The build also featured a second-level parking structure above the retail space. CMRichey was proud to help deliver this project on time and within budget.
