The Chaminade Life Sciences Building is a new three-story, 60,000-square-foot addition to the private school’s campus in Mineola, NY. CMRichey provided full electrical services for the project, including lighting fixtures and controls, general power, distribution infrastructure, and a new PSEG electrical service.
Beyond the Life Sciences Building, CMRichey also supported broader campus improvements, including electrical work for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot faculty lounge and the transformation of an 8,200-square-foot cafeteria.
