CMRichey completed a 56,000-square-foot medical office fit-out within a core and shell building previously delivered by the CMR team on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Spanning seven floors, the space was built for a prominent medical group and includes administrative offices and support areas. CMRichey’s scope included the furnishing and installation of lighting, power for offices and furniture systems, and a complete fire alarm system.
