One of the largest office fit-out projects in the New York Metro Area in 2022, this 350,000-square-foot build spanned 11 floors and was designed to accommodate over 1,200 employees. The space includes open office areas, private offices, conference rooms, break areas, and a dedicated data center.
CMRichey’s scope included installation of lighting fixtures and lighting controls, power feeds and connections for furniture systems, over 200 poke-thru floor boxes, and a fire alarm system. Managing a large crew across multiple floors, CMRichey worked in close coordination with the client and trade partners to execute a tightly sequenced project schedule, ensuring efficient progress and high-quality delivery at every phase.
