This 65,000-square-foot, seven-story core and shell project on Manhattan’s Upper East Side included a 4,000 Amp Con Edison electrical service, full distribution system, lighting fixtures, and a complete fire alarm system. Following successful delivery of the base building scope, CMRichey was selected to perform the full medical office fit-out for the entire building—demonstrating the client’s continued confidence in the team’s performance and expertise.
