This 132,450-square-foot, three-story assisted living facility includes 152 units. CMRichey’s scope featured a new 4,000 Amp electrical service—requiring close coordination with utility provider PSEG—along with switchgear, a 400kW generator, and complete lighting and power systems. The Fire Division also provided a design-build Mircom-manufactured fire alarm system, delivering full turnkey services and continuing to support the facility under a long-term maintenance contract.
