Genesis House is a 55,000-square-foot, three-story multi-use destination in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, featuring an automotive showroom, fine dining restaurant, library, and a cellar-level event space. CMRichey’s scope included upgraded electrical infrastructure, high-end lighting and lighting controls, power systems, and fire alarm installation. The project’s luxury finishes and diverse programming required precise coordination and scheduling across all phases to meet the client’s design and operational goals.
