Jefferson’s Ferry is a 50-acre assisted living campus on Long Island’s North Shore where CMRichey has delivered multiple projects. Recent work includes the renovation of the Memory Care Unit and a 15,000-square-foot upgrade to the Health Center—both executed within an occupied facility and requiring carefully phased construction. CMRichey also completed a 75kVA co-generation project to enhance power reliability and support the facility’s critical systems.
