At 295 Fifth Avenue—also known as the historic Textile Building in Midtown Manhattan—CMRichey completed a 45,000-square-foot high-end office fit-out for a leading trial law firm. The project featured a variety of ceiling systems and advanced lighting technologies, requiring close coordination with the contractor and end-client to maintain quality standards and design intent.
Following the successful completion of the initial phase, CMRichey was retained to perform electrical work on an additional 15,000 square feet of office space, expanding the scope of this premium interior buildout.
