In the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, CMRichey completed a 23,000-square-foot, three-floor oncology center for New York Cancer & Blood Specialists. The facility includes advanced imaging modalities such as MRI, X-ray, and PET CT.
CMRichey provided full electrical services, fire alarm, and furnished and installed a nurse call system. To support the center’s significant power requirements, the team installed a large feeder system routed from the building’s cellar-level service up more than 12 floors to the facility—an installation that required careful planning and execution due to its complexity.
