413 West 14th street was a large scale and intricate renovation project. CMR was called on to replace and upgrade the main incoming electrical service while also providing the power distribution system, common area exit/emergency lighting, and core building HVAC work. The Fire alarm system was replaced with a code compliant state of art system by our in house fire alarm division.
