CHRISTOPHER RICHEY, JR
Executive Vice President
Christopher’s responsibilities include acquiring and delivering our large Commercial & Industrial projects. He also oversees the estimating department and holds all of our professional Electrical licenses. Chris attended Franklin & Marshall College where he majored in Business Administration. Upon graduation he worked for a large General Contractor before joining the family firm in 2010. Christopher resides in Port Washington NY with his wife and two sons. He enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with his family.
ADAM MAURINO
Executive Vice president
Adam is in charge of our interiors division which includes supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, retail stores and corporate, medical & institutional fit-outs. Adam holds a Masters Electricians License and has over 20 years of field field and office experience with the company. He also oversees the project managers and coordinators ensuring we deliver our projects consistently and as promised. Adam lives in Dix Hills with his wife and two children. He enjoys gathering with his extended family and friends for Jet games and holidays.
JACK MORRELL
Vice President of Operations
Jackie is responsible for the daily field operations of the company. He oversees all supervisors, foreman, mechanics and helpers. Jack also ensures that our work is installed as per local codes in a safe, professional, and expedient fashion. Jack holds several Master Electrical licenses and sits on the boards of many trade and professional boards in our industry. He has over 35 years of field experience and was our first official employee. Jack enjoys golfing, racing, racquetball and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
JIM VOLPE
Vice President of Construction
Jim handles our largest and most complex projects from pre-construction through close-out. He has over 25 years of field and office experience with the company and holds the title of Master Electrician. Jimmy’s technical aptitude and can do attitude allow us to deliver these projects as specified and on time. Jim lives in Holtsville with his wife and children and enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time traveling to his sons sporting events.
TOM CARPENTER
Vice President of Fire alarm
Tom runs the fire alarm division at CM Richey. He is in charge of delivering a winning solution to our clients that have fire alarm scope in their projects. Tom has over 35 years of experience in the industry and his relationships with engineers, distributers, and Fire Marshall’s is second to none. Tom and his team take pride in being pro-active in all aspects of the fire alarm systems we install in an effort to avoid surprises, delays or defects on his projects. Tom and his family are long time Kings Park residents. He enjoys golfing, horse racing, and spending time with his family and friends rooting on their favorite sports teams.
SHARON CANESE
CFO/Office manager
Sharon manages the front office and is responsible for all financial, tax, insurance, payroll and HR company functions. She and her staff diligently perform their work so all financial stakeholders have current and accurate information delivered in a friendly, professional manner. Sharon brought to the company many years of experience in the public corporate sector and has been our CFO for over 15 years now. She enjoys golfing, exercising, and spending time with her family – all of which are accountants.
