C.M. Richey proudly delivered the 42,500 sq. ft. Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace with the speed, skill, and innovation that define our work. Built within an existing core and shell, the project included a new 2,500A electrical service, emergency and general power, refrigeration systems, specialty lighting, and a custom-designed Mircom Fire Alarm System—all installed in a space-maximized layout to accommodate customer-facing areas.
To meet the owner’s critical deadline ahead of the holiday season, we completed the project in just four months, two months ahead of the typical timeline. A standout innovation was the prefabrication of the entire switchgear and distribution system in a custom container at our warehouse. This containerized solution, later lifted to the store roof, minimized onsite labor and saved time, space and cost.
