Completed within an existing core and shell structure, this expansive fit-out featured a comprehensive electrical scope, including expanded distribution, emergency and general power, lighting, specialty system connections, and upgraded fire alarm systems.

Our team developed detailed system layouts in advance and executed off-site prefabrication of key components such as feeder racks, panel line-ups, disconnects, and lighting systems.
