This 177,000 sq. ft. flagship facility features six state-of-the-art production sound stages, completed through a combination of core & shell buildout and new construction. Our team delivered three new Con Edison electrical services and distribution systems, incorporating emergency power, specialty lighting, mechanical systems, and a fully integrated Mircom Fire Alarm System, all designed and provided in-house.

The project’s scope was uniquely diverse and technically demanding, requiring us to install high-capacity, multi-level electrical redundancy in a space that blends industrial-grade production areas with finely finished office, editing, and entertainment spaces. Additional complexities included ground quality upgrades and logistics challenges uncommon for indoor NYC projects—all tackled amidst the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic.
